Construction of Piscataquis County Dispatch Relocation & Remodel

Sealed proposals for the Piscataquis County Dispatch Relocation & Remodel Project will be opened beginning at 8:30 am on December 20, 2022.

Sealed proposals, in envelopes plainly marked Piscataquis County Dispatch Relocation & Remodel Project, Dover-Foxcroft, Maine addressed to:

will be opened and read aloud at the office of Piscataquis County at 163 E. Main St., Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, during the County Commissioners meeting, beginning at 8:30am on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Bids not received by 8:30am on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 will not be accepted.

The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. Proposals shall be submitted on the form provided by the Architect, DOCUMENT 000300 – BID FORM.

The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond to cover the execution of the Work which shall be in conformity with AIA A312 (included in the specifications) and for the Contract Amount.

Electronic copies of the Drawings and Specifications have been emailed. Printed copies of the Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the Architect by contacting Vicki Leavitt (see email address in previous paragraph). Provide company name, company address, phone, and contact full name and email address in requesting email with number of copies desired. No partial sets will be issued.  Allow 2 days for receipt if requesting Documents be shipped. Allow 2 days if arranging to pick up the Documents from the Architect in Bangor.
