Unorganized Territories

Piscataquis County encompasses 92 Unorganized Territories within the County borders.  The County Commissioners serve as the municipal officers for the unorganized territories.

Carl Henderson serves as the Road Consultant for Piscataquis County, overseeing the summer and winter maintenance of all county maintained roads in the unorganized territories.
